   One of the most enjoyable meals and environments I have had in quite a while. Little pricey, but I thought it was certainly worth it. Can't wait to return. I was there on Friday evening. I did have reservations. The filet is wonderful.

   Truly enjoyed our anniversary afternoon meal! Our server was attentive and informed us of the daily specials which allowed us to make informed choices! This is our second time having a meal at CrossKeys Bistro and it was great as always! The ambiance,the meal and the service was amazing!!!

   A processing fee was added to my check prior to presenting payment, regardless of my payment method. NOBODY likes fees. Your costs of doing business should be reflected in your pricing just like all your other costs. Nobody likes fees.

   We always have a nice experience at CrossKeys. The staff is very friendly and they truly enjoy working there. The food for the Valentine’s Day 5 course meal was delicious.

   I was told over the phone when I booked the reservation that a bottle of wine for the table and gratuity were included in the price. However was charged for the bottle of wine and gratuity was not included. Also the server was great during service we did feel a little rushed. Overall was a nice night out for my wife and I.

   Our Sunday Dinner series experience in the “wine cellar” area of the lower level was amazing. It was an Italian themed menu, every course was delicious, the chandeliers and wine barrels in the space made for lovely ambience, and our server Caroline was excellent.
