Our meat is premium, Irish farmed and locally butchered. At Pitt Bros we smoke over wood for up to 12hours in our custom built smokers. Our Pitt Masters have developed a unique blend of dry rubs, mops and marinades. All of our sauces and pickling is done in-house, daily – no compromises.
