We started with the grilled octopus which is served with grilled beets and goat cheese. It is a wonderful blend of flavors. My husband had blackened grouper and I had the dorado. Both were excellent. Our server Charla was a joy as usual! She checks with you to be sure you are ok but is not overly attentive. You get to enjoy your meal! I highly recommend Fin Bistro.
