Now open under the direction of Executive Chef Patrick Phillips, with a menu designed to satisfy a wide range of tastes, Draper is serving up contemporary American style comfort food with a unique twist for dinner, lunch, brunch and a special happy hour and late night bites menu. Specialty shared plates include crispy confit chicken wings, warm burrata with cherry tomatoes and garlic confit, coffee-rubbed tenderloin. Larger dinner plates include a special featured version of shrimp and grits, roasted salmon with pimento cheese risotto and lemon beurre blanc and chicken-fried chicken. The braised beef short rib w/black truffle grits and greens was AMAZING! Not overpowered with truffle, just a nice flavor to raise the bar. Portion was huge. Starter of crispy Brussels sprouts w/honey, goat cheese, supurb. She crab soup can tend to be salty, but tonight was right on with a decent amount of crab. Dessert was divine of a cardamom panna cotta w/an apple filling. Very light, nice, and smooth texture similar to what I experience in Italy, but plated to raise the experience. Can’t go wrong at Soby’s! Jackie was a great server and had our meal nicely spread out and never felt rushed or wondering if next course was forgotten! Thanks for working Thanksgiving all!

I cannot say enough about the incredible service we had from the moment we walked in to when we left. Russ was absolutely fantastic. He knew the menu inside and out which led to awesome reccomendations. The food was just as fantastic. We had a few starters, four sharable plates and three deserts. We absolutel enjoyed everything and reccomend everyone to go.

The food and service are excellent every visit. Thanks to Lia for her attentiveness last night. Try the Brussels Sprouts as a starter and know that whichever meal you choose, it will be delicious. Make sure to save room for dessert!
