What really stood out was how quickly and professionally the staff handled the situation. Amanda, the manager, was very attentive and immediately addressed the issue with a solution that exceeded our expectations. Our waiter, Pablo, continued to provide excellent service throughout the meal, remaining respectful and ensuring we had everything we needed. It’s refreshing to see a team that responds with such care when things don’t go perfectly.
