Excellent food and wine choices in a cozy setting. Yeah

The food was absolutely amazing! The training of the service staff was subpar. Wrong sauces with different orders, no steak knives provided to those with steaks without asking. Agreed to split salad (even suggested by waiter), then delivered as a single salad without an extra plate or any way to split. No offer for additional drinks when wine glasses and beer bottle empty. Everyone was very friendly, actually too friendly because all their talking caused them to forget and ignore our service. It’s a real shame that the amazing food was not the only thing that I remember about this meal. Management please do more training!

Our server, Andrew, was excellent. He asked our party of 6 if we had any special needs ... one had severe allergies to crab/shrimp and one was not able to drink cold water due to medical reasons. Andrew went out of his way to separate the crab dip from the other appetizers and brought a whole bottle of warmed water to our other diner. Outstanding service!

Using Open Table to get on the list is perfect for weekend nights when places tend to be more busy during peak times. Our meal was great, our server was amazing, very friendly, very attentive, and you don't always get that anymore. My only complaint about this particular location is that it needs a serious table and seating remodel! Our booth's vinyl was peeling, the table had a lot of chips in it, and we have sat in other booths that have had vinyl peeling or holes in it. During the down time of Covid would have been a great time to do that like many other places did. But I'm guessing that they are also still trying to recover from the financial losses as well. I hope their corporate office does them a solid and gets that taken care of soon. Otherwise, our night was great!
