It is a rare thing to be able to speak to the chef about your food preferences but Gu has quite a profile in the restaurant. He takes his food very seriously and has worked all over the world. We loved everything we ordered to include the Tuna/Scallop tataki and duck spring rolls for entree and shared the seafood Laksa. Food was excellent, fresh and we didn't walk out feeling guilty as it was all good. We chose the banquet and let the chef decide, we were not dissapointed and so much food. The service was some of the best I have had on the Sunshine Coast.
