In 1958 Chico was the hotel’s speakeasy, a cozy secluded lounge hidden from the lobby. In fact, Chico Cabaret was originally designed and named after a famous speakeasy in Manhattan. What a great experience!! Don’t think twice, make a reservation. We were greeted by Ever, one of the great bartenders and because we had early reservation, he had time to show us around. So awesome! The drinks were great! Food sooo delicious!! The crème brûlée is the only thing we didn’t like too much because consistency wasn’t quite right, but taste was good. Will definitely go back!
