Mosaic Kitchen, Bar & Lounge is our culinary expression of the rich, cultural diversity found in Southern Ontario and particularly, here at the Hilton Toronto Airport. I visited this location yesterday to celebrate my birthday. And staff made sure that I’m actually celebrating and they really made it special. Since I enter the restaurant till I leave everyone from staff did recognized n wished. Food wise it’s just perfect. Taste and quality is just up to the mark.loved this place so much. Last server Sarah was just amazing at her hospitality and made sure everything is going smooth and as we need best server we met so far.
