The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. Justina and Gareth are great hosts and take a lot of trouble to explain their cheese and wine selection. They know the origin of each cheese and they have visited most of their producers and have a great understanding and depth of knowledge regarding the taste of each cheese,and the appropriate wine pairings!
