The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. Sample one of the delicate, signature cocktails or indulge in a rare, vintage champagne with signature sushi and Asian dishes. Guests are required to be 18 years of age or older after 5:30pm. Window seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there is a £30 minimum spend per person applicable to all guests over the age of 18. All bar reservations will be seated either in Champagne Bar, Cocktail Bar or Sky Pool. Please note that the Kitchen closes at 22:30 Sunday to Thursday, and 23:30 Friday and Saturday. Our speakeasy bar Síbín is an intimate drinking den, hidden within Great Scotland Yard Hotel, influenced by the illicit bars that originated in Ireland around the turn of the seventeenth century, where whiskey and poitin (commonly referred to as Irish moonshine) were the drinks of choice. Síbín pays homage to Whisky and features a curated selection of global whiskies, alongside signature cocktails and premium wines and Champagnes.
