GŎNG, the highest hotel bar in Western Europe is perfect for sunset cocktails and late-night drinks. The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. Sample one of the delicate, signature cocktails or indulge in a rare, vintage champagne with signature sushi and Asian dishes. Guests are required to be 18 years of age or older after 5:30pm. Window seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there is a £30 minimum spend per person applicable to all guests over the age of 18. All bar reservations will be seated either in Champagne Bar, Cocktail Bar or Sky Pool. Please note that the Kitchen closes at 22:30 Sunday to Thursday, and 23:30 Friday and Saturday. Amazing experience from the arrival to the departure. We were looked very well by the team and even offered a table by the window. Great selection of signature cocktails with good use of ingredients, presentation and choice of glassware. We liked the classics too- especially the Negroni. Beautiful atmosphere and sleek service. Keeps up the good work. We will be back there.

Really enjoyed my experience eating from Taco Hut - we had the House Nachos to start and Smash Burgers for mains! The team let me know they’re looking at new menu items launching soon so I will definitely be making another table booking in the near future.
