Mosaic Kitchen, Bar & Lounge is our culinary expression of the rich, cultural diversity found in Southern Ontario and particularly, here at the Hilton Toronto Airport. Beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. Cozy, comfortable and most of all, in logistics, very organized, never neglected by the staff. The staff were very kind and attentive at all times. Thank you for a great experience!

I took my mom here and we had a great time The staff are so kind and friendly and the food was incredible. We had the hummus dip appetizer and couldn't get enough of it and we both had the chicken salad with the ginger dressing!!! Our waitress also suprised us with a free dessert and wrote merry Christmas in raspberry puree on the plate. It was perfection!!

We love coming to The Fox on John for the Wednesday night pasta and wine special. It’s a great value and the food is delicious. The staff are always helpful and courteous. The place is always full but the noise level never makes conversation difficult. We strongly recommend it.

Friendly and welcoming staff, great service and tasty food, fun vibe and cool spot to hang out. Only issue would be it was a bit pricey. Great experience overall and would definitely go back.
