His ability to read the room, recommend just the right plates to share and bring his personal stories and engagement was a delight. Having only done brunch here before we had no idea just how nuanced, succulent, unique and savory each shared dinner dish would be. The sides were exceptional - 4 kinds of potatoes, baked squash, green beans, and stuffing. The salad bar was awesome. And there were about 20 different desserts. It was all served buffet style, and despite the large number of guests being served, there was rarely a line. The Concourse staff are really professional and made everything flow smoothly.
