Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. The entire experience is absolutely phenomenal. Most of all our service was among the best service I have ever received. I go out to eat at least 2 to 3 times a week, but I am never disappointed with the service here or at any of their Sister concepts. Shout out to the managers and owners for amazing team training!

Good for apps and drinks. We were seated by an AC unit which wasn’t great. Service was ok but not great. Food was pretty good.

We had a fabulous evening and Ronnie was a great server. The only bit of feedback we have is when you have a band playing very loudly next door, you should turn off the resteraunt music because they compete with each other and you can not enjoy music from either side. Other than that, we had an amazing meal at a place with a great overall vibe. Will definitely be back!!!
