Everything was fine, but the steak butter was at such a low temperature that it couldn’t melt on top of the medium/rare steak. After complaining new butter was served, but with the same problem. My guess is the butter came out of the fridge. The steaks were at good quality, however, I’ve seen better preparations e.g. at SDK in NYC. I believe the steaks had been sous vide, but the then caramelization was insufficient when searing. Some improvement is needed for that price tag.

Es war fantastisch, super Drinks, sehr leckeres Essen, super Service, tolles Team, super lieber Restaurantleiter, schöne Location, wir waren das erste Mal seit dem Umbau da.

Amazing experience. The food was delicious and well served. The staff really gentle. The price is fair considering that restaurant is in city center.

Wieder mal perfektes Essen und Bedienung Vielen Dank

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Abend im Riviera verbracht. Der Chef und sein Sohn haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre fehlende vorgewärmter Teller.
