Utilizing our two main workhorses, a 9-foot open fire hearth and a custom-built high-capacity smoker, we patiently craft exciting food with soul, both primitive and contemporary. Butchertown Hall is an homage to the intersection of chef and owner Terry Raley's Texas Hill Country roots, and the historic Czech and German butcher shop culture that once lined the residential streets of early Germantown.Butchertown Hall is always open, 7 days a week for dinner and weekend brunch. Join us in our glorious indoor or outdoor space! We also feature an expansive beer garden, complete with a list of specialty craft brews, superior margaritas and craft cocktails, and an extensive agave collection.
