Everyone on the staff was phenomenal and so kind, from the hand written note to the celebratory dessert, everything was immaculate. We ordered the tuna tataki, pork belly skewers, the 40 day dry aged ribeye, the brussel sprouts, and the ube panna cotta. Everything was amazing and perfectly prepared. For cocktails we each had a Negroni and shared an espresso matcha martini, which they graciously split between 2 glasses for us. The cocktails were well made and tasted great. The Chilean sea bass was perfect with fantastic texture and flavor. The wine our server chose was a great pairing. Broccolini was prepared just right. Finally, the beignets were spectacular!! Better than any I’ve had in New Orleans. Very very good. Thank you for a wonderful evening with friends. You did great tonight.
