Salt's name comes its Salthill locale - which itself was derived from salt works that were once here - plus the nearby sea and, of course, the seasoning. Absolutely gorgeous food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was maybe slightly slow at times but the place was really busy and they were clearly working hard. Would definitely return if we're in Dublin again.

I always loved Chez Max. The staff are really friendly & helpful and the restaurant feels very French. The menu is simple but everything is done well. Nice selection of wines too. Price is really good value.
