Our fantastic waiter Pat suggested some melt in your mouth delicious courses. We started with Salade Lyonnaise, and for our main we had the Confit De Canard which just fell off the bone it was cooked to perfection and a side of the Pomme Purée, which hands down are the best potatoes I’ve ever experienced. Joe was professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York. Before opening his other restaurant, Zia’s Trattoria (located one block west of Café Touché at 6699 N. We had the absolute best dining experience at Coquette! Our fantastic waiter Pat suggested some melt in your mouth delicious courses. We started with Salade Lyonnaise, and for our main we had the Confit De Canard which just fell off the bone it was cooked to perfection and a side of the Pomme Purée, which hands down are the best potatoes I’ve ever experienced.
