Had the tasting menu and the food and service and pairings were excellent. Houston has many great restaurants and this is one that should be one of the top.

I brought friends from out of town, three of which were gluten-free. Their menu offered so many gluten-free options. Everyone commented what a gem Roost is and look forward to coming back again. The service is always impeccable, but not intrusive. truly a wonderful and special time at Roost 

In terms of food, this is definitely a Michelin candidate. Service remains impeccable.

The French Wine and Cheese dinner was excellent! It was 5 courses and paired with amazing French wines. The food was spectacular and my personal highlight was the cheesecake, that I think should be added to the menu. It was worth every penny!

We've dined at Warehouse 72 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Service is friendly and informative. Prices are reasonable. Menu standouts are the Peruvian chicken, Seafood risotto and the sous vide pork chop.
