Gilson offers an all day menu focusing on Italian cuisine and seasonal flavours. A neighbourhood favourite due to its relaxed setting, friendly staff, fabulous drinks list and dishes such as the ‘avocado bruschetta’ for breakfast, the ‘Seafood Linguine' for lunch or dinner, and a 'tiramisu' for dessert. Live locally and have been going to Oscar Cooper since it opened. Never fails to disappoint! Had friends in town from interstate and they loved the venue, food and staff. Owners are lovely, working front of house with customers, and always happy for a chat. Food is consistently great and servers are fun and attentive. Keep doing what you're doing team. As always - see you again soon!
