Gateau Ghost's humble beginnings trace back to the pandemic when founder Jayden Park perfected his madeleines in his home kitchen. This is where crowd favourite Madeline flavours like Matcha-Pistachio, Biscoff, and Miso were first created. Fast forward to 2024, and we've opened first brick-and-mortar restaurant. The ambiance is always wonderful, though it can be a bit chilly no matter where we sit. The gluten-free food is absolutely delicious, and we love the beer and tasty treats they offer. It’s truly a Toronto gem for all your gluten-free cravings!
