Since then, Tinnil, one of the founders, has taken the reins as the owner and operator, infusing her passion for both her cultural heritage and the city she calls home. I made reservations at Verse on Smith for a group of 10 to have a birthday dinner for my mother. The menu had plenty of choices for each one of us, which is one of the reasons why I chose this restaurant. The food was so delicious, and the drinks were great! My margarita was amazing!! My mother loved her eggplant parm. The kids devoured their food. My steak with chimi sauce and risotto was sooo good, my husband kept eyeing me for an extra taste. Overall, everything was tasty. And they even sang Happy Birthday to my mom, which we all joined in and appreciated. The staff were polite and very attentive. They even called me back to let me know that someone in my party left a phone behind. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
