We make British food with a classic or modern slant. We source our ingredients from the local fields, woodlands and waters. Everything is cooked on the premises, including the sourdough bread and the icecreams.The Good Food Guide (2023) says: "A fittingly quaint old building, complete with original features, given a suave modern twist via grey panelling and contemporary furniture. ノッティングヒルの３つ星レストラン、おそらくは過去4人位しかいない三つ星女性シェフの店、ガラス越しに作業見られます。チラチラ客席見ながら目が合うとにっこり手を振る愛想の良さ（╹◡╹）意外に小柄な人です。予約は3ヶ月前からの争奪戦、やっと取れた21:45スタート、魚介系アラカルトにしましたが、ヨーロッパでは稀な旨さです。サービスもテキパキ、当方の食べるスピードに合わせて出てきます。これだけの物量トータル80分で終えられます(//∇//)

ミシェラン１つ星ですが、比較的予約しやすかったです（前日に予約できました）。肉料理、特に骨髄や肝臓といった内蔵料理が有名で、実際ボリュームもあり、濃厚で美味しかったです。ワインも手頃な料金のものが多数揃っていました。もしお肉料理がお好きならお薦めです。
