"Amberley Castle has a long held reputation for delivering outstanding cuisine.Enjoyed on the first floor of the castle in either the magnificent Queen's Room, with its barrel-vaulted ceiling dating back to the 12th century and open fire or The Great Room, built-in 1165 by Bishop Luffa of Chichester, a fine example of Norman architecture with its high lancet windows, open fireplace, oak flooring, tapestry and suits of armour.The dress code for the dining room is smart casual. Located in the heart of the Goodwood Estate and surrounded by the South Downs National Park, The Star & Garter in East Dean offers a delicious selection of freshly cooked, local and seasonal food in a charming dining space with red brick and oak beams. Just a mile down the hill from Goodwood Race Course we are 12 minutes drive from Chichester. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner we try to source our ingredients as locally and as seasonally as possible. Whether you are at a Goodwood Event or walking, cycling or just out for a drive and fancy a decent meal at reasonable prices, we like to think we are one of the best around. We have a great courtyard and garden space which can seat up to 100 people. Freshly ground coffee is available all day. With a mixture of local people and tourists there's always a warm welcome here.

ノッティングヒルの３つ星レストラン、おそらくは過去4人位しかいない三つ星女性シェフの店、ガラス越しに作業見られます。チラチラ客席見ながら目が合うとにっこり手を振る愛想の良さ（╹◡╹）意外に小柄な人です。予約は3ヶ月前からの争奪戦、やっと取れた21:45スタート、魚介系アラカルトにしましたが、ヨーロッパでは稀な旨さです。サービスもテキパキ、当方の食べるスピードに合わせて出てきます。これだけの物量トータル80分で終えられます(//∇//)
