Based on Saltaire's bustling main road, it's at the heart of this World Heritage site.Please note, due to the type of building, we are limited with disabled access. The Hawthorn is a Georgian gem in the heart of Haworth, packed full of period features offering a relaxed environment to unwind with friends and family. This warm and appealing gastropub has been renovated throughout to showcase an array of local antiques including a stunning array of Barraclough clocks, homage to John Barraclough himself, Clockmaker to the Brontes, who used to live in this very building in the Georgian era.We serve only food made using the freshest seasonal British produce and our menu changes through the weeks to reflect this. We have a custom-made Josper charcoal grill which is the hottest indoor grill available and used by the best restaurants in the country. Cooking on the Josper ensures none of the natural moisture or flavour escapes from the food, whilst at the same time adding the distinct chargrilled taste.

    Another fantastic Sunday lunch at Blacklock Manchester. Great food and lovely friendly service from Abi, Amii, Peter, and the team. Highly recommend the all-in roast, which comes with huge Yorkshire Puddings, lots of vegetables including roast potatoes (nearly as good as mine 😉), melt in the mouth beef, lamb, and pork, and a beautifully rich gravy. Save room for their bread and butter pudding - perfect comfort food. Our 6th visit to Blacklock Manchester after many years frequenting the Soho branch in London. Very pleased to have Blacklock in Manchester and wishing you all the best for 2025. Highly recommend!

    Lovely Sunday lunch with lots of delicious veg. Beef was tasty and tender. My daughter’s nut roast also got the thumbs up. Delicious brownies to finish and cappuccinos, chai and mint tea. Friendly service and even the dogs sausage sliced on the diagonal for great presentation! Never regretted a meal here, brunch, dinner or Sunday lunch.

    Heard great things and it did not disappoint - we are both vegan, and they whipped up a special menu for us for the evening. Service was perfect, wine was great and food was executed perfectly - so much flavour. We will be coming back.
