The Fox & Grapes is between two vibrant cities and combines a mix of good food and a large selection of draught products and spirits. Food is served daily from 12noon–8pm. It is an excellent place for all the family to dine or just to relax and have a few drinks. We now have a private dining area that sits up to 10 guests, this can also be used as a private meeting area. We have a large beer garden to the rear. Children are welcome, we have activities and games to keep them busy.Come down and join us, and try it for yourself. We are situated on the busy A64 (York Road), just seven miles from Leeds City Centre.

    Had a wonderful afternoon celebrating an upcoming birthday and had afternoon tea and drinks. The staff were attentive and friendly. Service was fabulous and the food was great. We will definitely be back again and would recommend. Views are amazing and an added bonus.

    As usual the Ivy Victoria Quarter was consistent with my expectations and succeeded with a great atmosphere, wonderful food and attentive staff and particularly our waiter Stephen who was very kind and patient with our group. The little extras of Christmas crackers were also good quality and the restaurant felt very festive.

    This was a spectacular meal. The service was first class with a really friendly professional feel. Our server Oli was fantastic, courteous at all times and had a bit of banter with us. We've heard a lot of people talk about Cut & Craft and say how nice it is so thought we'd try it ourselves on our annual festive trip to York, this was definitely one of the highlights, we WILL be returning.

    It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I was so excited! My husband and I came to celebrate Christmas early, and I started with a cocktail that was absolutely delicious. Since I hadn’t eaten all day, it didn’t take much to make me tipsy after just one drink! The food was fantastic—juicy and tender steak, fresh scallops . Every bite was a pleasant surprise. A huge thank you to the staff, who were so polite and incredibly attentive. They noticed I got tipsy easily and even thoughtfully gave me a bag just in case I needed it. I really appreciate the care (and sorry for any trouble I caused!). Overall, it was such a wonderful dining experience, and I will definitely be back again. Reika mui
