Our experience at palace was perfect! My only notes would be with the reservation process. I was contacted to provide a credit card to secure the reservation after I had already confirmed, then when I called to provide the card, no one answered. If a card is needed for the reservation, it should be required when making the reservation initially to avoid confusion and if I am prompted to call to give the card number, someone should be answering the phone and/or returning missed calls. I also would like to note that I included a special request on the reservation for a low table as one of our guests was handicapped and when we arrived we were initially taken to a tall table. The hostess was able to accommodate us once we explained but, I feel there is a disconnect between the reservation information and the actual seating process which should be bridged. Otherwise, our experience was great! Great food, great service, great show! We will be back for more soon!

Sat at the bar. Terrific service by bartender. Recommend pepperoni pizza or lemon chicken.

Carla, was exceptionally professional and friendly. The hostess also had a nice smile and very welcoming. I don’t know her name. Carlos the manager always comes by the table and says hello. I recommend Capital Burger to all my friends and Family. Thank you. Orlan.

Nice place to have a quick meal. Relaxed atmosphere and casual. Personally, I don’t like deep dish pizza but the taste was good. My family ordered the pizza but I really liked my burger. Juicy patties and the pretzel bread was delicious. The stand out for me were the waffle fries drizzled with the house sauce and bacon.

First time there. The place was really cool and the ambiance was great. It was country night when I went. They had a live band and then some line dancing lessons. That was a cool experience. The only thing that was a bit of an issue was that the booths are very small & tight for any party bigger than 3, we were 4. You are better off asking for a table top. In other places the booths are usually roomier than the table tops, but not in this case. Other than that, I liked it and would definitely go again.
