Liberty Tavern is a 130-seat restaurant spread over two rooms, including a 20-seat bar. In addition to our full-service kitchen offering our take on American classics, we also have two wood fired ovens. We had the house burger which was juicy and fairly large, the salmon accompanied by a medley of vegetables was very satisfying, the flank steak was served medium rare as requested . But it was very salted as were the fries. T Our waitress was attentive and agréable. he pizza Marguerite was close to a real Italian one, thanks to the wood fired oven you can see Overall a good experience with food better than your average pub.
