La Refuge has wonderful food but it’s more casual and very small and cramped. Josephine checked all the boxes, elegant decor, great wine list and wonderful food. The subtle lighting and dark wood decor made it a wonderful place to celebrate the anniversary of our first date that led to a long marriage. It was very busy and appeared to be a wait by the time we left at a little before 7. The curry puffs were delicious, great flavor. The pineapple fried rice with shrimp was delicious and so much food.
