I saw that each chair had rubber feet on them. This is an outstanding outcome & despite its simplicity, has rejuvenated everyone's experience there. Well done Portrait Gallery Cafe. I'll be back. The manager kindly moved us to an outside table once one was available, and it was very pleasant. The coffee was very good, as were the tarts and muffins we ordered.
