Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our time here. Thank you, Colwyn, and the entire team at Nightingale for such a memorable experience. We’ll be back! What an amazing dining experience especially during Christmas! Cody our server was on point and was very efficient and quick with our order! He was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave great recommendations! We had a truly Merry Christmas!

The restaurant had a casual setting. We went there for the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner buffets. The buffet had lots of options to fit everybody’s tastes. The food was excellent and the service was as well. Prices were very reasonable.

We celebrated our last day of work and were seated in the dining room to have a quiet place which it was. Lucy did a great job serving us very joyfully amid a very crowded and busy evening. Everything was good and we enjoyed our time a lot. This is a go to place again, for sure.
