We source the finest quality Angus from the USA and grass-fed Angus cuts from New Zealand, as well as local line-caught snapper, tuna, wahoo and lobster.Union is proud to announce that it won 'Best Restaurant' in The Cayman Islands at the 2022 Travel & Hospitality Awards in London, and has been nominated for 'Best Restaurant' in the 2024 World Culinary Awards.Union also runs regular music nights with live jazz (Thurs), soul & blues (Sat and Sun), as well as our famous Cocktail Masterclass (Thurs/Fri/Sat). Next Door is Cayman's well-loved classic cocktail bar, which offers classic cocktails, light bites, and live entertainment. Behind its doors, large mirror-adorned walls, art-deco brass accented design accents, and low moody lighting add to the opulent yet welcoming atmosphere. Our signature cocktail menu utilizes herbal ingredients traditionally used as healing elements in Caymanian Bush medicine for generations - from soursop to fever grass, dandelion root, and more. We are excited to continue working with local farmers and herbalists to learn and utilize the flora that is native to the island and to tell the story of its value in the community Next Door opened in August 2021 and quickly secured a nomination for Best New International Cocktail Bar for Tales of the Cocktail 2022 for the Latin American and Caribbean Region. Next Door is located in Camana Bay right "Next Door" to their award-winning Agua Restaurant.

Our PhilosophySpecializing in authentic regional Mexican cuisine, our chef driven menu is rooted in traditional Mexican recipes. Time is our secret ingredient. Every dish is hand-made and meticulously prepared using only the highest quality and freshest organic ingredients sourced from Cayman’s farmers and fishermen who share in our food philosophy. Time is our secret ingredient. Regionally inspired Mexican recipes are paired with slow cooked meats, marinated and smoked to perfection and handmade NON-GMO corn tortillas. We have travelled extensively through Mexico to develop a curated Agave program focused on the craftsman and mezcaleros of Oaxaca. We import and distribute Tequilas and Mezcals throughout Cayman developing the perfect Margarita, simple and fresh paired with Tequila Ocho. By the way we also have a Secret backyard Mercadito for events and barbeque Street style Tacos. Chef Owner Ervin and Agave look forward hosting you and your guests.

For years, Christian Esser & Shalico Christian had a big idea for a small bar.After helping to successfully establish WINESCHOOL3 as the preeminent educator for wine, spirits and other alcoholic beverages in the Cayman Islands and throughout the Caribbean & LATAM region, and then later Aroma Academy, which teaches people sensory skills with regard to the aromas and flavours in wine and spirits, Shalico saw a gap in the hospitality offerings on Grand Cayman.

    We had a fantastic dinning experience. The food and ambience was wonderful, but what truly made the experience was the waiter. Kelvin was very professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the food/drinks. He was able to help select the best options that suited us while having a fun experience. I also appreciated the attentiveness of the other staff that cleared the plates and provided new silverware with every dish. Lastly, the food of course speaks for itself! Each dish was a unique take with appropriate portions. The best out of everything was the Melon Sour and the Black Tagliolini.

    Max, Raz, Darren, Nikita, Ben, Megan. All of these individuals are amazing and very kind! They all make wonderful drinks, and their hospitality is superb!!! I would recommend them all!! The atmosphere at this establishment is very welcoming! They will definitely have me coming back in the future!
