The Berkshire Room is an upscale lounge specializing in craft cocktails all created by a talented team. The atmosphere is retro classy and definitely worth a visit before or after dinner for cocktails with friends. There is ample seating either in the private side rooms, the booths in the lounge area or at the bar. The clientele that frequent the Berkshire Room rave about the dealers' choice, which allows guests to choose the spirit, flavor profile and glassware. The bartender then customizes a unique and customized cocktail. Besides the tasty cocktails and the relaxing ambiance, the Berkshire also offers bar snacks and small dishes. The Berkshire room is located within River North's swanky ACME hotel.

    It was an absolutely wonderful Christmas Eve dinner. We enjoyed everything from the food, to the music to the ambience. It truly made for a magical holiday dinner. Our server Andras was next level exceptional - attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and just a joy all evening. 5 stars!

    It was so fun to try curling at the Gwen. It wasn’t crowded & the staff was great. The only negative was that the outside heaters were not on.

    I had an incredible experience at Three Dots and a Dash the evening of 12/22/2024. We had reservations in the Bamboo Room, which is a quieter, more intimate, rum focused experience. Matt, the bartender that evening, was fabulous; attentive, thoughtful, engaged, and friendly. We ordered a few drinks from the menu then asked Matt to create something special for us and his drinks did not disappoint. My experience with Tiki and rum drinks is decent; having visited almost every Tiki bar from San Diego to San Francisco (including Trader Vic’s at SJC), Tacoma to Seattle, & a Mai Tai tour across Oahu). 3 Dots is a must do, especially if you are a tiki or rum fan. Food was great too. Next time I fly back to Chicago I will definitely visit again.

    Anthony was the perfect wait person in the bar area. He was knowledgeable, patient, helped us choose drinks we might enjoy. Overall perfect experience. The food, mussels, sea bass and squash were very tasty and I wouldn’t change a thing. We will be back soon.

    Nick our server was fabulous. Kitchen was out of a number of dishes and some of the wines were unavailable. Must speak in raised voice to be heard. Filet au poivre was fabulous and the lobster gnocchi was excellent. Pear and kale salad was an amazing starter. Highly recommend a visit.
