Welcome to Down the Hatch - EDINBURGH!We are a diner focusing on diner style food with big flavour, fresh ingredients, huge taste and all things Canadian!! I was there today - Sat 16th Nov. Love the cob salad. My friend and I always have that, a glass of wine and a coffee for lunch. Always great and fab service.
