Mixed bag - really good service, reasonable food at reasonable prices (lunch). But the place is empty! No atmosphere - not sure what needs to change, but something does to bring people through the door. Shame, because staff are great and the interior is lovely.

I booked an Itison voucher for my friend’s birthday. Prior to this I was unaware of this hotel and its dining options. From arrival to leaving the hotel the service was excellent. We both selected different starters and mains from the menu options which we both loved. It was excellent value for money. We will definitely return again to the North hotel for dinner and drinks. Thank you to all the staff who made our visit so welcoming. Fiona Wylie

We got the seafood platter and it was incredible! Our waiter Sergio was amazing aswell! Thank you so much for a great night, will definitely be back

Cocktails were great. The bar tender was very friendly and helpful explaining everything.
