Our bar features a rich and diverse selection of whiskies, catering to both connoisseurs and casual enthusiasts alike. The Full of privacy and stylish environment makes it an ideal venue for any special occasion or a relaxing evening. We are a bar with a seating capacity of only 24. Due to the limited number of seats and to ensure a better experience for all guests, we do not accommodate walk-in groups of more than three people without a prior reservation.Please note that reservations will be held for a maximum of fifteen minutes. We only allow entry once the reserved number of guests have arrived. The dining time is limited to 90 minutes. Gin & Cocktail Bar The original 1840s sandstone walls of the building Frank Mac’s now occupies a 120-person capacity bar which flows from outdoor seating on George Street, across two levels and into a back courtyard. Whereas the downstairs space feels cosy and intimate, dotted with vintage leather banquettes, dark jade and light orange velvet armchairs, low tables and a fireplace, the ground level you’ll walk into off George Street will reflect the energy of the bartenders working behind the almost five-metre-long oak bar. A handful of bar stools provide the perfect vantage point to take in the cocktail mixology while the dark velvet curtains, worn leather banquette seats and cosy fireplace of the ‘Snug’ provides groups of up to eight with a private space to retreat and relax.

Vinabar is a Vietnamese inspired micro-bar, hidden behind a steel door disguised as a banh mi cart. Set in a space no bigger than two car spaces, we aim to deliver on our tagline "small space, big dreams".Located within the YCK Laneways precinct, we are one of a handful of Sydney venues that are open Tuesday to Sunday. Our menu is heavily influenced by Vietnamese fruits, flavours and delicacies. It's a chance for us to showcase our experiences through our travels to Vietnam and the rest of Asia, as well as our childhoods and upbringings. We're open Tuesday to Sunday, from 5pm - 2am with a new special that launches every fortnight. Vermuteria is a classic, euro neighbourhood bar. We have a big focus on vermouth, sherry, classic cocktails and tasty snacks. Like a traditional Spanish ‘vermuteria’, our vermouth is served straight out of our 100L barrels behind the bar and our very popular semi-dry is served chilled from the tap. On the food front, you can select from tasty bar snacks like our range of tinned seafood, gildas and jamon serrano or warm snacks like our mortadella sandwich and anchovy & goat’s cheese toast. We also love to support local with cheeses from neighbourhood cheesemonger, Penny’s Cheese Shop and LP’s quality meats feature heavily with their chorizo and hot dogs.
