I didn’t catch her name, but she recommended us some fantastic wine. The spaghetti alla carbonara is what me and my partner both ordered and it came out very quickly and was prepared wonderfully. Food was perfect.. turkey, stuffing, roast beef, all the regular holiday sides.... except no green bean casserole :-} Service was outstanding, the manager came by several times to check on us. It was VERY busy and they were a bit overbooked. We had to wait about 30 minutes past our reserved time, but it was not a big deal. Even though we had the final seating at 2 pm, they continued to put out fresh, hot food until some times after 3 pm. The buffet never looked picked over or sparse.
