Big Cottonwood Canyon​のベストアメリカ料理（コンテンポラリー）レストラン

When we come to Park City it is the first restaurant we visit, it is a must for us. The whole experience is wonderful! The food is another level, the service, the attention of the staff is unsurpassed, from the person who greets you at the door, to the girl who attends your table, very friendly and always with a smile.

We had a delightful time. Took the 5:45 pm tram which was perfect to watch the sunset. A bonus since we were there for the full moon. The staff was energetic, up beat about the evening. There was even music which added to the already beautiful evening. Food was fabulous including wonderful dessert. The full moon was amazing. A night to remember. Highly recommend catching the next full moon event in March. Cheers.

Service was substandard…( the waiter forgot to submit our orders twice)

We don't normally expect to find a great restaurant at a remote ski area. Swen's is something special. The view is a given, but what surprised us was first-rate service and spectacular food. The sweet potato soup was one of the best soups I've ever had. I had the NY strip and my wife had the halibut. Her halibut was the best I've ever tasted. Truly a memorable experience!
