Absolutely Phenomenal! From start to finish, our experience at Stubborn Seed was nothing short of spectacular. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with an effortlessly cool vibe that set the perfect tone for the evening. The cocktails were simply next-level—crafted with precision and bursting with unique flavors. Each sip was an experience in itself! The food? Pure perfection. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with layers of flavor that kept us wanting more. Beyond the incredible drinks and cuisine, the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel truly welcomed. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they elevated our entire dining experience. Best lunch I’ve literally ever had in miami. Jane the hostess seated us as quickly as she could despite quite a wait and did so with the warmest smile. William the manager was so lovely and highly attentive making sure we were taken care of. And of course, the cake goes to Alberto who is really one of the most special people I have ever met. A warm charisma unlike any other! I will never forget his vibrant spirit that made what would have been just a typical weekend lunch into a core memory with my family forever. It really was a special day, the food was great the weather cooperated, the view captivating, but the staff was what really made it exceptional.

Amanda, our server, has a gift for making you feel special even when she’s balancing ten tables. Natalia at the front desk also deftly juggles groups waiting as well as anyone I’ve ever seen. Both are keepers!
