Walls are covered in beautiful custom-made wallpaper, painted tin tiles on the ceiling, windows open to two patios as weather allows and a larger-than-life mirrored bird sculpture overlooking the dining room. And then there’s the food and drink! Munch on a Mockingburger or Mac N Cheese (aka Feeling Grate!) while sipping an Old-Fashioned-ish or a Punchin’ Bag (ask about it – they are famous!). We also love hosting group events! Bastion is the 24-seat restaurant of James Beard Foundation Award Nominee Chef Josh Habiger. It is located in a separate area within the casual cocktail bar of the same name, and it is a part of the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood of Nashville, TN. Bastion's dining room features counter seating around the kitchen for parties of 2 as well as three tables for parties of 3 to 6.     We enjoyed an outstanding dining experience at The Mockingbird. Our server provided much helpful information about the establishment and menu. The menu was eclectic and interesting. The shortribs with fried rice and brussel sprouts were delicious. My companions enjoyed the schnitzel and flank steak entrees. An exceptional dining experience!

    Another great night at Brugada! This time it was a CMA Awards watch party night. They had a flat panel screen on the stage so we could watch the CMA Awards happening live just down the street. We started with their famous Espresso Martinis, followed by the Shrimp Cocktail Tower, Margarita Pizza, Triffle Fries and other tasty treats. Thanks Charlie and Darian for a great night as usual!

    Hands down one of the best meals my husband and I have ever had. The staff was friendly and the ambiance was perfect. It is decorated for Christmas and is beautiful done! Overall it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend it.

    Fantastic date night out with my wife. My wife & I have been living in Nashville for for 16 years, but had never been to the Pelican & Pig. Overall, great experience. Our waiter Ian was fantastic from start to finish. We sat at the kitchen counter… great vibe & loved watching the kitchen cook over real wood fire. The drinks were creative & great. The appetizers/“shareables” were among the stars of the show… incl the broccolini & sweet potatoes. The NY strip w chimnichurri was tasty. And homemade chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Would recommend & plan to return!

    Went for a small birthday brunch with boyfriend and dad. louder than expected and we had to sit at a small high top that was reserved for us, but it was a great experience and good food. fun place for celebrations
