Just over the Devon bridge is a cozy, quaint restaurant by the name of Bridge House, which is situated in beautiful Milford. Featuring both indoor and outdoor seating and a private dining area capable of accommodating up to 80 guests, the establishment has been serving area residents with culinary professionalism since December 2007. Bridge House offers gastropub fare with a blend of English and Irish flavors and dŽcor. Guests are invited to dine in the warmth and friendliness of the atmosphere as they chow down on seasonal daily soup, portobello burgers, pan roasted salmon, seared sea scallops, a hearty 18-ounce cowboy steak or the leg oÕ lamb Bolognese.     WOW! From the moment we walked in, to the conclusion of our brunch, 5 stars all around! First class hospitality displayed by the hostess and the managers; John and Gianni. Our servers: Chris and Taylor were very professional, not too intrusive throughout our meal and reassured we had all we needed ! Can’t wait to come back again and bring more guests next time ! Also the DJ is a great addition to anyone looking for a fun / engaging vibe !

    I would say 3.5 star. Between good and very good. It was good, food was good and service was certainly good. Its a cute restaurant, the name suits it. Chairs are simple wood and rather uncomfortable. Ambiance is nice but wouldn't see this as an upscale dining experience. Its rustic, hence the name. The menu is small and interesting, portions pretty small and not a spectacular presentation. As mentioned, i thought the food was good but not spectacular and not sure the price is justified but i guess it's westport. Wine is definitely overpriced. I'll probably be back but not a go-to.

    We were greeted at the door and seated immediately. The ambiance was natural and magically perfect! The food arrived fairly quickly, fresh and tasty. The staff are all friendly and we didn’t feel pressured to leave. The cafe is situated within a beautiful store setting which works great in my opinion. I purchased nice faux candles in the store section before leaving. I can honestly say we had a wonderful time walking around and looking at all the items and plantings they had available before leaving. Would I recommend this restaurant? Absolutely!!!

    Everything was great. All 7 of us had great meals and there were no complaints as far as I remember. The ribeye was huge and flavorful. The mac and cheese app was very cheesy with a wonderful hint of smoke flavor. The seafood salad was very tasty as was the oysters on the half shell. I had the honey glazed salmon which was perfectly crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Service was also very good. Phenomenal experience overall.
