Emma our server was the best server we had on this trip. Derek at Quattro was the runner up. Back to Emma and The Wildflower Restaurant at The Fairmont Chateau. Pleasant, relaxed, special restaurant. Great food, we had the chowder, beet salad, split the Main Special, "Chilean Sea Bass" and had one desert, Peanut Butter and some incredible ingredients (you need to go try it and read the menu yourself.) Then she ignored me when I tried to get her attention which I thought was rude.
