Innovative food, excellent attentive service…a solid 10!!

Incredible food and exceptional service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food and service at the restaurant was decent. For those who want to go for the games, I had a pretty good time here but they need to get better games. I went to the Granville location the week before and it was much more updated with better games and more VR options. I probably wouldn't go back to this location based on the games. Still fun though, I was just expecting more.

We got their dine out menu and it was great!! For sure would recommend Bar Susu if you are hoping to take your significant out for a fancy and great dinner.

After having a difficult time navigating the complex Hilton/Crystal parkade, we finally found our way to the hotel lobby, and the restaurant, 20 minutes late. Better signage would be helpful. We enjoyed a lovely 3-course Valentines dinner with generous, tasty portions of food. Service was excellent, and our server, Linh, was very attentive and polite throughout the evening. On a less significant note, we thought the dress code of some of the other staff was a bit inconsistent. We gave a lower score (3) on ambience because the large screen TVs took away from the fine dining experience. Overall it was a very nice evening, however, and we would certainly recommend the restaurant to others. In fact, we have already done so. We'd love to come back, especially for other special occasion menus that we receive email notifications about.
