Very excellent Lamb, everyone should try this main meal, will come next time

Exceptional staff, service, ambiance, food quality and hospitality. This is my third time enjoying Hector’s creations and he never disappoints. The Botanist staff is worth experiencing as much as the food. Absolutely superb quality and food pairing, wine paring and menu creativity. The menu changes with the season but if you are around in the winter anything suck, lamb or pepper salmon is and will be divine. This is a must experience!

Great service friendly staff and food was great…probably won’t order the Salmon Entree again as it was served with Black Beans ?? Just didn’t seem to pair up with each other …but that’s just my opinion 😁Overall great experience and we will continue to dine there 👌🏻

Here are some of the highlights: * The food is incredible! We chose multiple dishes from the menu, and each was a masterpiece. * The service is top-notch. Our server Georgio was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. * The atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated. It's the perfect place for a special occasion. Overall, we were very impressed with ELEM.
