We had a great time learning how to make dough, creating different pasta shapes, and then enjoyed a 3 course meal! We left with tons of pasta to make in the future which was an extra bonus. My suggestions would be to provide a handout of all the information discussed in class and to offer a 2.0 class teaching you how to make different sauces! Thanks for such a fun date night activity!! We will be back!

Valentines Day dinner. The food was excellent, from the delicious , hard-crusted bread to the outstanding lobster salad app and Halibut, to the complimentary biscotti. Service also was excellent and courteous, considering the very busy, fully packed dining areas. Our original reservation was for 9:15, but Maria was positively gracious in accommodating my request for an earlier 8:00 seating. The bartender came over to greet us and invited us to have a seat while we waited. Overall, a warm environment and a superior experience.

Had dinner at Alessandro’s last night to celebrate Valentine’s Day. I’d been wanting to eat here for a long time and we had a great time. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. My husband is hard to please when it comes to really good Italian food and he was very impressed. Looking forward to enjoying many more meals there.

Good range of choices on menu. Handmade pasta is delicious. The house salad was not as tasty as it sounds on menu. Tiramisu was assembled table side, the freshness of the espresso dip and marscapone made it the best tiramisu I've had. The table for two next to the bar was very noisy for conversation. Service was friendly and helpful.

Good food and nice service for a quick dinner! Reservation was perfect with exact time for table and no waiting at all!
