We welcome our guests to an authentic Italian restaurant: here we offer traditional cuisine, with a modern take on northern and southern Italian recipes. Mauro, the chef, and his wife Tina, have an huge amount of experience behind them.Mauro is from Naples, Tina was born in a little sicilian town near by Enna.He began to learn everything about the southern cuisine by his experience in Naples since he was a child, from “Polipetti alla Luciana” to “Paccheri ai frutti di mare”. Our restaurant and pizzeria Maestrale it's the wind that brings good and bad weather in the Italian peninsula. Our small family owned place is open for dinner six days a week. Our dishes originally are from Puglia in south Italy: la puccia, focaccia, mozzarella, orecchiette, panzerotti and the sea food dishes, the famous Pugliese olive oil as well as the fine selection of wine are a must! The atmosphere is friendly, family style dining, and also for romantic and special occassions, inspired from the old style elegant Italian restaurants where you feel just like at home, alla salute!

    First time here. Great food. Good service. It is an Italian restaurant but it isn’t the “same average Italain food” they have interesting and unique dishes. The salad is small. It is a small appetizer. The ravioli dishes come with 5 big raviolis. Generous gnocchi dish. The duck over risotto was a very good size. Cocktail was made nicely. It took while to order. Drink order. Brought the wine. Waitress made the cocktails and delivered them. Then, brought the bread. Then, went away and came back and told us the specials. Then, came back to take out orders. But this is my only compliant, and would not deter me from returning. Did not have dessert. The restaurant is not quiet. It on the louder side. I think it is the layout. Still a great meal and you can hear people at your table.

    Dinner before ‘Candlelight’ performance at nearby Boniface Episcopal Church. Located in small plaza, we were welcomed with family warmth. Excellent meal perfectly prepared! Fresh calamari, sea bass and homemade pasta. Delicious!!! Will definitely return!
