Filet mignon was cooked perfectly, served with oven gold potatoes with plenty of jus for extra flavor. Trout was uneven....two filets: first was perfect according to my wife, second was "off-flavor"; she skipped it. Wedge salad was perfect match for the steak; beet salad was mostly arugula with a few wedges of beet.... chocolate cake dessert was delightful and large enough to share.
