The James has definitely become one of my favorite restaurants! Every staff member is so incredibly nice and helpful! I have difficult food restrictions, and the chef couldn’t be more accommodating. Matt, the Manager is so friendly, and kind, as was Carlos, our server! Perfect way to celebrate my birthday!

The food was all prepared perfectly and the wait staff was so spot on. Couldn’t be happier to bring our family there.

We asked for seating up upstairs and glad we did! So much quieter up there. We could talk across the table without having to say “what?” all the time! The food was really good-our party had the artichoke salad (very different,very good), the short rib pappadelle with homemade noodles(melt in your mouth short ribs), the ricotta cavatelli (good, but over-garlicky, I was told) and chicken Milanese (so good). Spilt the peanut butter crunch cake— more a mousse than a cake imho, but a tasty end to a lovely meal. We ordered the California Merlot, the reasonably priced one(lol) and it opened up deliciously. Oh, I cannot forget the service: from the young man at valet parking, the women hostess & coat check, waiter and bus boys— all lovely and thoughtful. It was a delightful evening!

We had the best Christmas Eve dinner at Frank’s! The decorations were breathtaking, our waitress Kayla was attentive and personable and the food was incredible. My cousin and I had the petite skirt steak dinner complete with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach which was the perfect amount of food and so delicious. Highly recommend that. Other members of our party had the petite filet mignon which was also incredibly delicious and to top it off we ended the night with the rainbow cookie cake and chocolate mousse. Unbelievable!!! My daughter and mother could not get enough! Thank you Frank’s for the perfect Christmas Eve experience. We will definitely be back.

Alway a great meal especially the desserts! They are delicious. I had the pumpkin bread pudding that was so tasty. But my all-time favorite that I still talk about is the strawberry shortcake. Amazing!
